How to find my nearest pickup stop before getting a pass

The best place to check your nearest stop is to visit your program page (rider app or web-app) and type your address in the stop finder tool.

1. Find your program

Type in your employer or school name in the search bar on the website or in the Rider App to access the program page.

2. Viewing all pickups available

Your organization can choose between different "rider experiences", and what you will see in the app will vary depending on this choice. We have listed below what you can expect from the 3 different types of "rider experience" we offer:

a. Program that requires booking a seat in advance (Most common)

Commonly referred to as a "Booked" program

On the Rider App:

  • Select the "Book now" button on the Program page.
  • A booking screen will open. Tap on "Select pick-up" to open a map and a list of all pickup stops available on this Program.
  • Select a stop on the map or in the list, and check if the location is convenient to you. If you want to use this pickup, select Choose pickup.
  • You will return to the booking page where you can now select the drop-off stop following the same process.

Select pickup stops

On the Web-app:

  • You can start searching for a nearby stop by using your postcode or address. If you already know which pick-up you'd like to use, select it from the "Select a pick-up stop" dropdown on the right (only visible on larger screens).
  • A pop-up will appear showing you the stops around the address.
  • Select a stop on the map or in the list, and check if the location is convenient to you. If you want to use this pickup, select "Choose stop".
  • You will return to the booking page where you can now select the drop-off stop.

  • You will be redirected back to the timetable page, where you can then proceed to select your drop-off stop using the same steps as before.
  • Once you have selected both your pick-up and drop-off locations, the timetable will be displayed for your journey.

What to do if you can't find a convenient pickup near you

Your employer or school decide which pickups are available on their transportation program. Some of these organisation allow their users to request new pickup locations, typically on larger, residential programs. If your organisation is allowing users to submit stop request, you will find a button on the web-app. More about stop reqeusts in this article
