I can't find a stop near me, can I suggest or request a stop or pickup?
Is your nearest bus stop too far away? Here's how to check if your organisation allows to submit a request for new stop to be added and find out about the review and approval process.
Your organisation has the option to activate a helpful feature that lets employees or students request new pick-up locations. Keep in mind, this feature isn't automatically turned on for all programs; it might not be available for yours, or it could be deactivated after a few months once your organisation has approved the routes. This way, everyone can enjoy a smoother and more personalised experience.
Follow these steps:

Once you have access to your program page, open the map & list of stops.
If the functionality to request stops has been activated by your organisation, you will see a button on top of the map to "Request new pick-up".
After suggesting a new stop, we will review the requests with your organisation periodically, and they will decide if they want to explore the route change.
When will I get an update on my Stop request?
Please note that this process can take time to complete (up to 90 days) as we will need to work with your employer/school and the bus operator to assess the feasibility and complete a risk assessment of the new pickup.
We will let you know the outcome of their decision as soon as your employer or school can validate the change and launch timeline.
