Thank you for suggesting a new pickup location. Please read the following message to understand what to expect with your stop request.
For Education transportation program:
- For September School launches, any requests received up until the 14th August will be reviewed periodically and the outcome will be communicated by the 22nd August vis email.
- As we need to confirm the routes and timetable with your organisation well ahead of September, any requests received after the 14th August will not be reviewed until October Half Term via email. In the meantime, our Customer Care team will not be able to provide you with any further updates on your request.
For Commuter transportation program:
- New pickup requests will be reviewed periodically with your organisation. This process can take up to 90 days to ensure we thoroughly assess the feasibility of your request. You will be updated on the outcome of your request as soon as possible.
