Here's what happen before and during your trip
Before the trip starts
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your pickup time.
- 45 minutes prior to your coach's departure from its first pickup location, or at the moment of booking if you make your reservation after this time, you will receive a notification (or an SMS if push notifications are disabled) containing vehicle details and a link to access tracking information.
- You can access the vehicle tracking feature in the Rider App from the Homescreen or through the "My rides" section on the Web-app. Simply look for the "Track" button, which will appear once the driver has initiated the trip in their app.
- If there are any delays, we will provide you with timely updates regarding the reason for the delay and the estimated arrival time.
Boarding the vehicle
Present the QR Code from your boarding pass to the driver when you board the vehicle. If your program utilizes RFID/NFC badges, simply tap your badge on the driver's device as you enter. For those in a "Just board" program that does not require a boarding pass, the driver will take a count of passengers as you board.

During the trip
Zeelo partners with vetted Operators and we do not directly employ the drivers, though they are carefully trained to ensure all safeguarding rules and operating procedures are carefully being followed.
If you notice anything unusual or concerning, please contact Zeelo. We will promptly initiate an investigation with our Operators to address the issue.
Arriving at your drop-off
You may disembark from the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. Please adhere to the driver's instructions, as they are trained to ensure your safety. For certain Education programs, the driver may require students to scan their QR Code or RFID/NFC badge before exiting the vehicle.
Rate your ride
After every 10 trips, you will receive a prompt to provide a rating, helping us ensure that you have the best experience possible. Additionally, you can rate any ride at your convenience by navigating to the "My rides" section in either the Rider App or the web app.
