This article explains how One way travel passes work
One-way passes are advantageous if you or your child only need bus service for a single trip, such as returning home in the afternoon, providing a cost-effective transportation solution.
1. Buy a "One-way travel pass"

The default travel direction is determined by the stop you select when purchasing your Travel Pass. For instance, if you choose Acorn Road as your starting point, the One Way Pass will automatically set your route to "Acorn Road > Greenoak School," as illustrated in the image below.
2. Manage your bookings
The One-way travel pass typically allows for automatic bookings; however, there may be instances where your employer or school requires you to make bookings manually. To manage your bookings, simply tap on the Travel Pass icon on your app's homescreen, or navigate to the "My rides" section on the web app.
3. If you need to change the direction of travel
There may be occasions when you prefer to take the morning trip instead of the afternoon trip, or vice versa. To make this change, simply follow the easy steps outlined below:

Tap on the date you wish to change

Switch to inbound and save your changes
Done!
