Report an issue about your trip, the driver or vehicle

At Zeelo, we are committed to providing our riders with the highest quality transport options for work and school. To continuously improve our services, we rely on feedback from our riders regarding any issues they encounter. Here are the types of concerns you can report to us:

  • The quality of the vehicle
  • Driver behaviour
  • Experience using the Rider App or Web-app
  • Was the vehicle on time
  • The route used

You can report an issue for any trip using the Rider App, even before you board the vehicle. Please note that this feature is currently not available on the Web-app.

How to report an issue about a trip?

  • Log in to the Rider App (this feature isn't available yet on the Web-app)
  • Open the Account tab in the bottom right
  • Select "My bookings" to see all your bookings
  • Find your trip in the "Upcoming" or "Completed" tab
  • Find the trip you would like to report an issue for. Tap on the [...] button to show more options
  • Select "Report an issue"
  • Describe the issues that happened on your trip, giving as many details as possible not to delay our investigation
