My route / pass is sold out (Travel pass / Ride bundle / Daily pass)

What to do when passes are sold out for your selection of stops

Passes are sold out

After you have selected your pick-up and drop-off locations and chosen a type of pass (such as Travel pass, Ride bundle, Single, or Return), you may receive a notification indicating that the pass is sold out for your selected route. This occurs because each route operates with a specific vehicle size that has been established based on the needs of your organization.

Consequently, your organization may choose to limit the number of passes available for sale to ensure that pass holders can secure a seat reliably every day. For instance, it is common for school services with a single morning run to impose limits on pass sales, thereby guaranteeing that Termly and Annual pass holders have a seat available to them throughout the week.

While we cannot add extra seats when passes are sold out, there are still several alternatives you can explore:

  1. Try another pass: Even if a Travel pass (e.g "Annual" or "Termly" pass) is sold out, there might still be some availability on a Ride bundle or a Daily pass.
  2. Check other pick-up alternatives near you: There might be another route coming close to your home, or close to a bus/train stop that is within reach. Use our stop finder on the program page to identify other pickups.
  3. Check the booking system regularly: We recommend you check the booking system frequently, since other user may decide to cancel their pass or change routes.
  4. Join a waiting list (if the feature is enabled on your program): Some organizations allow their employee/students to join a waiting list on the web-app when passes are sold out. We will review the demand on each route regularly with your organization to see if more seats could be added. See this article.
