My child cannot find their boarding pass

How to share the booked rides and passes with your child for school

Log in to the account used for the purchase

To allow your child to view their trips, times, and tracking information, please download the app on the child's device.

  1. Sign in using the same email address you used to create your account and purchase a pass. This might be your parent's email address & password.
  2. If your child has already got upcoming bookings, you can see them on the rider app homescreen or in "My rides" on the web-app. You can tap on "Ticket" to open the boarding pass.
  3. For Travel Pass / Ride bundle users, another way to access the boarding pass, regardless of whether you have existing bookings, is to open your Travel Pass / Ride bundle, select "Boarding pass".

What if my child does not have a smartphone?

If your child does not have a device, you can easily print the QR code for them to scan when boarding with the driver. Please note that we do not issue a physical pass. The QR code remains consistent across all of your child's bookings, allowing you to use the same code for the entire year.
