Leaving a rating after a trip

Here's how to tell us what you think of your experience using Zeelo

At Zeelo, we strive to provide our riders with the highest quality transportation to work and school. We value the feedback from our riders, as it plays a crucial role in enhancing our services. Key areas for feedback include:

  • The quality of the vehicle
  • Driver behaviour
  • Experience using the Rider App or Web-app
  • Was the vehicle on time
  • The route used

After you or your child completes a trip with Zeelo, you can provide feedback through the Rider App for each journey (please note that this feature is currently unavailable on the Web-app). To encourage your input, the app will automatically prompt you to leave feedback after every 10 trips.

 

How to leave feedback about a trip?

  • Login to the Rider App (this feature isn't available yet on the Web-app)
  • Open the Account tab in the bottom right
  • Select "My bookings" to see all your bookings
  • Select the "Completed" tab
  • Find the trip you would like to leave a rating. Tap on the [...] button to show more options

  • Select "Rate your journey"
  • Select a number of stars
  • When you submit, you will have the opportunity to leave a comment
