My pass didn't automatically book my rides (School Travel Pass)

Have an Annual or Termly pass but your upcoming trips aren't showing? Learn why automated booking may not have occurred and what to do if your name isn't on the driver's list.

On our Education programs, schools usually decide to activate a feature that allows for the automatic booking of students on all available travel dates covered by their Annual or Termly pass. This feature is designed to simplify the booking process for both students and administrators, ensuring that students have a seamless experience when it comes to planning their travel. By enabling this option, schools can efficiently manage transportation logistics, allowing students to focus on their educational activities without the worry of manually booking each trip. This automated system not only saves time but also helps guarantee that students secure a spot on the transportation for every scheduled event or outing throughout the academic year.

Upon accessing your Travel Pass (Annual or Termly), you may encounter the following situations:

  • An animation is playing, "You're being booked on automatically, come back later to check your bookings" This means your bookings are now in a queue to be booked automatically as soon as possible. If the queue is empty, this can happen quickly, but if it's busy, it might take a little longer. Please be patient and check back later. If you have urgent travel plans, don't hesitate to contact us—we're here to help!
  • Some days seem to be missing from the list. If you notice any missing days, we recommend:
    1. Log out and back in the app or the website
    2. If the issue persists, it likely means that the Zeelo admin team has not yet scheduled trips for those specific dates. Please be assured that these days will be scheduled in due course as part of our agreement with your organisation. Once the additional days are finalised, the automatic booking process will initiate, and your bookings will appear shortly thereafter.
  • The days are displayed, but you haven't been booked on automatically. Make sure that your pass is either an Annual or Termly Travel Pass. If you still haven't been booked automatically, there may be a technical issue. We encourage you to reach out to our team to report the problem, and we will be happy to assist you.
