I can't find my program page

What to do when you can't find your program page

1. Check the spelling or the keywords you used. Usually, the transportation program name is the name of your organisation.
2. If your program does not appear in the Search results, it could be because your organisation has made the program private by using one of the following methods:
   1. Your organisation might be using a Passcode. Check the communications you have received for a mention of a Passcode (usually a 5-digit code) from Zeelo or your organisation. Write the passcode in the Search bar, and your program will appear in the Search results.
   2. Your organisation might have turned off the ability to find your Program in the Search screen to keep it private. Check the communications you have received from Zeelo or your organisation and click on the Link provided. This will open the Program page either in the Web-app or redirect you to the Rider app if it's installed on your device.
   3. Your organisation might have restricted access to the Program to specific email addresses and/or to specific email domains. Check the communications you have received from Zeelo or your organisation and click on the Link provided. This will open the Program page either in the Web-app or redirect you to the Rider app if it's installed on your device. You will be prompted to log in or create an account, and you will be asked to verify the email address used. If the email (or email domain) used to log in/create an account is not accepted on this program, you will not be able to access the program page.
3. If your program does not appear in the Search results, it could be because your program has ended (or paused). For example, the end of the school year has been reached, and your school has not yet published the program page for the next school year. Check communications from your organisation to understand if the program has ended or simply paused and if/when it will be made available again.
