I can't find the Passcode to access my company's or school's program page, get a pass or book my rides

If your organisation uses Passcode to restrict access, the program code or passcode is usually communicated by your employer or school in email communications or from a page on their website

Your organization has several options for controlling access to its transportation program.

One common method is to use a Passcode. If you attempt to search for your Workplace or School name and receive the error message "This bus program could not be found," it may be due to your organiszation using a Passcode to verify your identity as an employee and restrict access to the bus service.

This Passcode is typically a 5-character code that you should have received via email from Zeelo or your organization. To access your program, simply enter the code in the Search bar and submit it; your program should then appear in the search results.

If you have not yet received your Passcode, please reach out to your Management or Leadership Team for assistance. For students at a School or College, you can obtain this code from the Administrative team, or it may be available on their website.
