2. View the timetable
Your organization can choose between different "rider experiences", and what you will see in the app will vary depending on this choice. We have listed below what you can expect from the 3 different types of "rider experience" we offer:
a. Program that requires booking a seat in advance (Most common)
Commonly referred to as a "Booked" program
From the Program page:
- On the Program page, we usually include a link: "You can view the full timetable here."
- Clicking on this will open up a live timetable in your browser, which you can refresh and refer to as needed.
Did you see a pick-up or drop-off time that doesn't look right on this timetable screen? Please get in touch with our Customer Care team to report the issue.
From a Pass management page:
For Programs that require obtaining a pass to travel, you can conveniently access the timetable from the homepage or the "My rides" section in the web app. Once you have acquired a pass, it will be prominently displayed on your homepage. By selecting your pass, you will be directed to the Pass Management page, where you can view the timetable and make your booking.
b. Program that requires getting a pass, but you don't need to book seats in advance
Commonly referred as a "Scan to board" program
On the Rider App:
- Select the "See stops & timetable" button on the Program page.
- A timetable screen will appear. Click on "Pick-up stop" to access a map and a complete list of all available pickup stops for this Program.
- Choose a stop from the map or the list, or search for your address to find the most convenient location. If you wish to use this pickup option, simply click on "Select stop."
- You will be redirected back to the timetable page, where you can then proceed to choose your drop-off stop using the same steps.
- After you have chosen both your pickup and drop-off locations, the timetable will be displayed for your selected route.
- You can then obtain a pass to begin using this program. There's no need to make a reservation in advance, and your pass will be valid for all the stops shown on the Program map.
.
c. Program that doesn't require a pass or booking seats
Commonly referred to as a "Just board" program
On the Rider App:
- Select the "See timetable" button on the Program page.
- A timetable screen will open. Tap on "Pick-up stop" to open a map and list of all pickup stops available on this Program.
- Select a stop on the map, in the list or search around your address, and check if the location is convenient to you. If you want to use this pickup, select "Select stop".
- You will return to the timetable page where you can now select the drop-off stop following the same process.
- Once both pickup and dropoff are selected, a timetable will appear.
- No pass is required for a "Just board" Program. To begin your journey, simply arrive at the designated pickup stop a few minutes before the scheduled time. The driver will count you as you board the vehicle. Please note that you may need to present a badge or ID, depending on the requirements set by your employer or school.
