How to change the default stops linked to my pass?

What to do if you wish to change the pick-up and/or drop-off linked to a Travel Pass, Ride bundle or Daily pass.

When you get a pass with Zeelo, we ask you to choose a pick-up stop and a drop-off stop before showing the options available between these stops. This step is crucial as it allows us to tailor your journey according to your specific travel needs and preferences.

We do this for several reasons: First, on Paid programs, the cost of the pass might be tied to the stop you select, as pricing can vary based on the distance you will be travelling. By knowing your pick-up and drop-off locations in advance, we can ensure that you are presented with the most accurate options.

Additionally, for programs where pass sales limits have been set for each route, understanding your chosen stops is essential. This information helps us check availability and confirm whether passes for your desired route have sold out. It ensures that you receive the most relevant and timely information about your travel options.

Overall, this process not only enhances your user experience by providing personalised options but also helps us manage resources effectively, ensuring a smoother and more efficient service for all riders.

Sometimes you may wish to change the default pick-up and drop-off stop linked to a pass, for example:

  • You have made a mistake or bought the wrong pick-up and/or drop-off stop, which is causing you to see incorrect pick-up information in the rider app or web-app
  • You wish to change the default pick-up and/or drop-off stop due to a change in your circumstances (change of address, ...)

What to do if you need to change the default stop linked to a pass

It's currently not possible to edit the default stops linked to your pass on the rider app or web app (Travel Pass, Ride bundle, Single & Return).

If the change of default pick-up and drop-off incurs a reduction or increase in cost, we may ask you to purchase a new pass and refund the previous one.
