The validity and scheduling of trips can vary depending on the type of pass you have. The way trips are scheduled is different between a Workplace and a School, for example. Here’s a breakdown to help you understand when your trips get scheduled and how to stay informed.
When can I get a pass and start booking for my School or College?
Trips are generally scheduled in line with the academic calendar.
Passes go on sale well before each term, and once the current term ends, the service will be reviewed and more trips will be scheduled to cover the next term.
Keep an eye out for email updates from Zeelo or your School/College so you can be the first to know when bookings open for the new term. If you need more details, our customer care team will be happy to help.
This means that your travel service will be available for the whole duration of your current term, but after the term ends, you’ll need to check for any changes to your travel arrangements for the next term. We recommend checking your email and the program page for updates on new service schedules as they become available.
Travel pass validity: The pass is valid for the specified duration. A Termly Pass is valid for one term, while an Annual Pass covers the entire year. However, as mentioned earlier, please remember to check for any service changes at the end of each term.
If you have an Annual or Termly Travel Pass and your school has chosen to activate Automated booking for these passes, you will booked on automatically as soon more trips get scheduled (within the validity period of the pass you own).
Ride bundle validity: If your organisation chooses to sell Ride bundles, the credits you purchase will be valid for the entire school year (unless specified differently). After the term ends, it's a good idea to check for any updates to the stops available in the program, especially if your organisation plans to make changes during the year. Please note that any credits remaining in a Ride bundle at the end of the year won’t carry over to the next year.
Single / Return tickets are available for purchase only on trips that are currently scheduled. You can change the travel date to a future one if needed, but please note that refunds are not available.

When can I get a pass and start booking for my Workplace?
Trips are usually scheduled on a regular basis agreed with your employer. It could be a week at a time, fortnightly, or even monthly.
Your employer might periodically review the timetable and pickups to ensure they're maximising their transportation budget. To stay in the loop about any updates or new service schedules, we suggest keeping an eye out for email notifications and checking the program page regularly.
Free Travel Pass (Free Transportation Programme): The pass remains valid until the programme ends, or until your employer decides to change the passes they want their employees to use.
Ride Bundles: If your organisation chooses to offer Ride bundles, the credits your employees buy will stay valid until the program ends or until your employer updates the passes they want their team to use. This way, everyone can enjoy smooth and flexible transportation options!
Single / Return (Free or Paid transportation program): You can buy these tickets only for the trips that are already scheduled. While it's possible to change the date to another future trip, please note that refunds are not available.
Please be aware that not all Ticket Types mentioned above may be available, depending on your agreement organisation.
