Get alerted about your trip on the day
Mobile notifications are sent to alert you of any reminders/changes to your upcoming Zeelo ride/trip:
- Upcoming trip details
- Stop closures
- Timetable changes
- Route updates
- ...
📣 When push notifications are turned off , you will still receive critical updates about your trip by SMS instead.
How to activate Push notifications?
You may have seen a screen popping-up in the App to ask if you wanted to receive notifications. When you accept, then you will start receiving push notifications.
Turning on/ off push notification via device settings
If you didn't accept push notifications using this pop-up screen and you're now interested in getting them, OR If you want to turn off notification, you can manage this via the App settings.
