      Delete my Zeelo account

      Steps to delete your account

      1. For iOS App users

      You can delete your account in the Zeelo Rider App. Here's how to do it:

      1. Log in to the Rider App
      2. Open the "Account" tab
      3. Tap on the "Edit ✏️" icon in the top right
      4. Tap "Delete account"
      5. Confirm the deletion by typing "DELETE"

      2. For Android App users

      In line with GDPR guidelines, you can request to have your Zeelo account information deleted by getting in touch with our contact centre at any time.

      It's not currently possible to delete your account within the Android App.

      3. For Web-app users

      In line with GDPR guidelines, you can request to have your Zeelo account information deleted by getting in touch with our contact centre at any time.

      It's not currently possible to delete your account within the web app.
