Changing my default pickup stop

When purchasing a Travel Pass or a Ride bundle, a pick-up & drop-off stop are set by default.

Sometimes you may need to change the pick-up stop associated with a Travel Pass or a Ride bundle, for example if you move house or if your daily routine changes and a different pick-up stop becomes more convenient for you.

Currently, it’s important to note that you cannot update your pick-up stop directly through the Rider App or the Web-app, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, if you find yourself in a situation where you need to start using a different pick-up location daily, we have a straightforward process in place to assist you.

To begin, you should identify the specific stop you wish to use instead. You can do this by searching for alternative stops within your program page in either the Rider App or the Web App. If you’re unsure of how to navigate to your program page or locate the stops, we have a dedicated article available that provides step-by-step guidance on finding your program and consulting all available stops on a map.

Once you have identified your desired pick-up stop, the next step is to reach out to our customer care team. You can do this by filling out our request form, which is designed to make the process as efficient as possible. After you submit the form, our team will promptly assist you by updating the default stops associated with your Travel Pass or Ride bundle to reflect your new pick-up preference, provided there is availability.
