Will the driver wait for me if I'm late? Will the driver wait for my child if they're late?

If you or you child might be late to the pick-up, the driver might have left already as we instruct them to stick to the timetable.

We instruct our drivers to depart on time to ensure our services are running on schedule. This is part of our commitment to your organisation to provide a reliable transportation program.

This usually means that if you are late for your pickup and the trip is running on time, the driver will likely have already left the stop.

For ride bundle users and daily pass users, this usually means the trip cannot be changed or refunded.

However, if you believe that the timetable could be improved or this is causing a safeguarding risk to your child and other children (e.g they rely on additional transport to reach the pickup stop), please get in touch to suggest an improvement or a change, and we will review with your organisation in due course; though we cannot guarantee the outcome of the review.
