What payment options are available on my service? Can I pay monthly?
Read this article to understand what payment options will be available to choose from on your program
Credit card
This is our most commonly used method and allows you to securely enter your card details on your mobile app or on the browser to pay in full for your pass.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is available on iOS devices on the Zeelo app to pay securely in full without having to enter your bank details.
Direct debit
This is only available on our School Travel Pass (Annual, Term) in the U.K. It allows you to spread the cost (with no extra charges) over 3, 6 or 9 months.
The monthly payment options dynamically update so that the pass is fully paid by the end of the pass's validity period. For example, if you sign up 6 months before the end of the pass period, you will only be able to sign up for 3 or 6 months, but not 9 months.
When you sign up for direct debit, it will outline the payments with the payment dates, so you know how much you are paying each month and on what date the payment will be taken.
