How do I get a receipt?

Your receipt will be emailed to your registered email address upon purchase.

Your receipt will be emailed to your registered email address upon purchase. Please note that for Travel Pass and Ride bundle users, this receipt is not valid for travel - you will still be required to have valid bookings within your Travel Pass or Ride bundle. See more here on how to do this.

Travel pass & Ride bundle purchases

Your receipt will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your purchase.

Please be aware that this receipt cannot be used as a travel document.

If your Travel Pass is associated with a program that requires advance seat bookings, make sure to log in to the Rider App or Web-app to secure your seat ahead of time, as vehicles may fill up quickly. If your organisation has enabled "Automated booking" for your Travel Pass, this process will occur automatically when trips are scheduled. Please verify that you are correctly booked in your Travel Pass.

 

Day Passes (One Way/Return trip)

Your receipt serves as your booking confirmation and will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your purchase. If you cannot find it, simply access our web app, navigate to your list of bookings, and click the E-ticket button to view and print your booking confirmation.
