My child is unable to / won’t use the bus today

You should change or cancel your booking so that the driver knows not to expect your child today.

If your child is unable to take the ride on a specific day, you have the option to change or cancel their booking. By doing so, you will open up a seat on the bus, allowing another child to utilise it if needed. Additionally, this will inform the driver that they can proceed without waiting for your child, helping to maintain the bus service schedule.

 

1. Travel pass / Ride bundle bookings

  1. Log in to the Rider App (or "My rides" on the Web-app)
  2. Select your Travel pass/Ride bundle
  3. Find the booking that your child can't make
  4. Select "Change"
  5. Select "Cancel" and save your changes

2. Single / Return bookings

  1. Log in to the Rider App (or "My rides" on the Web-app)
  2. Select your booking on the Home screen
  3. Change the date/time to a different date and save

⚠️ You can't Cancel Single / Return bookings so these will need to be re-arranged on a different day
