I want to report an inaccurate pick-up stop location or wrong stop name
If you've spotted a pick-up stop location that isn't accurately located or a stop name that seems wrong, please get in touch with our team so we can look into it and rectify its location
Here's what to do if the stop location you see in the rider app or on the web-app seems different to where drivers have previously picked up your children from:
- The stop pickup location may have been moved after consulting with your employer or school: The Organisation often revise the location of their pickup periodically, so this stop location may have been intentionally moved to a new location.
- The stop name may have been renamed following a location change: Organisations often revise the location of their pickup periodically, and the stop name may be changed accordingly.
- If you believe there has been a genuine mistake: We're really sorry if a mistake has been made. Our team carefully assess the location and naming of each stop before a launch. However, if you believe we have made a mistake (e.g the pickup stop cannot be accessed by a van, or you believe it is unsafe), then please get in touch to report the issue.
