I can't see Travel Pass / Ride bundle when I set the Workplace/School as the pick-up
Riders may find it challenging to obtain a Travel Pass, Ride bundle, or One Way Travel Pass—especially when their primary journey is between their Workplace or School and home. This confusion can arise when these passes do not seem to be available.
What to do when you're expecting to travel mostly from your workplace or school to your home.
- Buy your Travel Pass, Ride bundle or One Way Travel Pass, setting the pick-up as the stop near your home & select the type of passenger. For the Travel Pass and Ride bundle, the direction you select doesn't matter, as you can book in both directions.
- All the passes available will appear underneath
- Get your pass
- When you navigate to the Travel Pass or Ride bundle page details (from the rider app home screen or "My rides" on the Web-app), you will have the option to review/make/change bookings.
- For Travel Pass and Ride bundle: When you make a booking or edit a booking, you will be able to separately manage bookings on the Outbound trip (towards your workplace) and the Inbound trip (towards your home).
- For One Way Travel Pass: When you make a booking or edit a booking, you will see a button "Switch to inbound" or "Switch to outbound" allowing you to invert the direction of travel on each booking.
