I can't book on a trip
This article explains why you may not be able to book on a trip and what to do next
Here are different reasons why you may not be able to see/book the trips you want.
The trip is currently "Fully Booked."
To ensure you secure a spot, we recommend booking your trip as early as possible. Please note that if a trip is fully booked, our Customer Care team will not be able to assist with additional reservations. Your employer or school determines the allocation of vehicle size for each trip, and we cannot increase the number of available seats without their consent.
While we’re unable to add extra passengers once a trip is fully booked, you still have options:

Check the booking system regularly:
We recommend checking the booking system frequently, as space may become available if someone cancels their reservation and frees up a seat. -
Reach out to your employer:
Suppose a trip is fully booked and you can't find an alternative pick-up stop or time of travel. In that case, we suggest contacting your employer to inquire about alternative travel options or additional services that may be available.
You missed the booking cut-off time.
Your employer or school will determine a cut-off time for bookings, which may vary depending on the specific program. To find out how much time you have left to cancel or modify your booking, navigate to the booking edit page. An information box will display the remaining time available for making any changes.
The trips have not been scheduled yet by our team
The reason you may not be able to see some dates is that our teams have not yet scheduled them. The day & frequency when trips are scheduled may have been mentioned in email communications sent by your organisation or Zeelo, or you can review the Program description page. Read this article to understand -How far in advance you can book.
Late returns from School
Your school may be using a separate process to allow eligible parents to book late returns, which may explain why you can't see an option to change to a later trip on your booking screen. We apologise if this is confusing. It's best to read again the communications sent by your school or Zeelo about your program, it should indicate if there's a separate process for late returns / after school clubs (it may involve filling in a form for example).
