How to locate your boarding pass
Your boarding pass is accessible from multiple places, ensuring that you can conveniently retrieve it whenever you need it:
1. **Confirmation Email**: After purchasing your pass, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a PDF attachment containing your boarding pass. Please check this email carefully, as it may also contain important information regarding your trip. ⚠️ Note that for programs that require booking ahead, it is essential to have a valid reservation for specific trips to be allowed to board.
2. **Rider App Homepage**: When you open the rider app, the homepage displays your upcoming trips at the top of the screen alongside your completed trips. This provides quick access to your travel details at a glance. Simply tap on the "Ticket" button linked to each booking to view your boarding pass QR Code.
3. **My Rides Page on the Web-App**: If you prefer to use the web version, you can navigate to the "My rides" page, which lists all your upcoming bookings in an organised format. Each booking will have a "Ticket" button; clicking on this will open your pass QR Code, making it simple to prepare for your journey.
4. **Travel Pass or Ride Bundle Screen**: Both the rider app and the web app feature a dedicated screen for Travel Passes or Ride bundles. On this screen, you will find a "Boarding pass" button that provides direct access to your QR Code, ensuring that you can quickly locate your boarding pass when needed.
By utilising these various platforms, you can ensure that your boarding pass is always at your fingertips, making your travel experience smoother and more enjoyable.
What if you still can't locate your boarding pass?
Programs that require pre-booking a seat ahead ("Booked" programs): That’s not a problem! All Zeelo drivers have a list of the riders booked onto the trip. If you don’t have your phone or are unable to present the QR code on your boarding pass, just let the driver know your name, and they can find you on the list to check you in.
Program that only requires showing a boarding pass ("Scan to board" programs): That’s not a problem! All Zeelo drivers have a list of the riders authorised to use this bus service. What if my child doesn't own a smartphone to load the boarding pass?
If your child does not have a device, you can print the QR code for them to scan with the driver. We do not provide a physical pass (unless your organisation requires this). The QR Code is the same across all of your child's bookings, so you can use the same QR Code throughout the year.
