How to set up a Direct Debit
On some of our more expensive passes you can spread the cost with monthly payments
Note, this is only available in the UK currently.
Follow this step-by-step guide to find out if monthly payments are available for you and how to sign up.
1. Select the passes and stops you want
2. See payment options available
Direct Debit payment options are exclusively available for School contracts when the pass duration is more than 50 days. You will see a "Pay monthly available" indication when selecting your desired pass.
3. Choose your preferred option
On the next screen, it will show your payment options
If you opt for Direct Debit, you will have various payment options available to you, which may include 3, 6, or 9 monthly payments. The specific options depend on the duration of the pass, as we only offer consecutive monthly payments and do not provide quarterly payment plans. After selecting your preferred payment option, you can click on 'See Payment Schedule' to view all scheduled payments along with their respective collection dates.
4. Confirm your selection
Once you have selected the number of months for your payment plan, you will need to provide your bank details and address. Additionally, please confirm your authorisation for the direct debit by checking the appropriate box.
After reviewing your selections, click on 'Review and Confirm' to finalise your setup!
Your payments will appear on your bank statement as "Stripe/Zeelo Ltd." We will also send you regular email updates to keep you informed about your payment status and any outstanding amounts.
