I can't find the Pass-code to access my company's or school's program page, get a pass or book my rides
If your organisation uses Pass-code to restrict access, the program code or pass-code is usually communicated by your employer or school in email communications or from a page on their website
Your organization has several options for controlling access to its transportation program.
One common method is to use a Pass-code. If you attempt to search for your Workplace or School name and receive the error message "This bus program could not be found," it may be due to your organisation using a Pass-code to verify your identity as an employee and restrict access to the bus service.
This Pass-code is typically a 5-character code that you should have received via email from Zeelo or your organization. To access your program, enter the code in the Search bar and submit it; your program should then appear in the search results.
If you have not yet received your Pass-code, please contact your Management or Leadership Team for help. For students at a School or College, you can obtain this code from the Administrative team, or it may be available on their website.
