How to add a rider, how to add your child as a rider
You are automatically prompted to add a rider to your account when initially purchasing your new travel pass.
To successfully add them, you will need to book a travel pass that accommodates the correct number of seats for your journey. When making your reservation, please ensure that you select the appropriate number of seats to match the total number of riders travelling together. You will be asked to input your child's full name and date of birth to proceed. You can add multiple riders if you have more than one child you wish to add.
If you initially book a single seat and later decide to include another rider, you will need to purchase an additional travel pass or bundle to accommodate them. This means that each rider must have their own seat reserved to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for everyone involved.
Alternatively, if you are a previous customer and already have an account, you can:
● Go to 'My Rides'
● Select your previously purchased travel pass
● Change ‘Rider 1’, ‘Rider 2’ to your child’s name in pass settings
