Change my account details & password

Steps to edit your account details

This article explains how to change the following details:

  • Your email address
  • Your first name and last name
  • Your mobile number (we only use this to send you updates about your trip)
  • Your password
  • Your RFID/NFC Card & badges if your organisation is using this boarding method

1. For iOS App users

  1. Log in to the Rider App
  2. Open the "Account" tab
  3. Tap on the "Edit ✏️" icon in the top right
  4. Select the details you wish to change
  5. Change and save your changes

2. For Android App users

  1. Log in to the Rider App
  2. Open the "Account" tab
  3. Tap on the "Edit ✏️" icon in the top right
  4. Select the link to Edit your account details
  5. A web page will open to edit your account details on the Web-app (follow the steps below)

3. For Web-app users

  1. Open the Web-app, then click on "My rides".
  2. Click on "Change details" 
  3. A pop-up will open to change your name, email or phone number
  4. To change your password, click on "Change password"
