How do I cancel or change a booking?
Our Customer care team will not be able to cancel or change bookings on your behalf. This article explains how to easily do this in the rider app or on the web-app.
Follow this step-by-step guide on how to easily change or cancel a booking depending on the type of pass you own.
Change or Cancel a booking
To edit your trip to another time /date
For a booking made via Travel Pass or Ride Bundle

Open the travel pass or Ride bundle from your App home screen (or "My rides" on the Web-app)
- Find the booking you would like to change and tap "Edit" to open the pickup time selection screen
- ✏️ If you want to change the time, select a different pickup time in the drop-down
- 🗑️ If you want to cancel the booking, select "Cancel" next to each booking
- Tap Confirm changes
For a booking made as a Single or Return
- Find the booking on your App home screen (or "My rides" on the Web-app)
- Tap "Change/Edit" to open the pickup time selection screen
- ✏️ If you want to change the time, select a different pickup time in the drop-down
- 🗑️ Cancellation is not permitted on a single or return ticket
- Tap Confirm changes
Cut-off time for Cancellation or Changes
Please be aware that your company or school determines the cut-off time for cancelling or changing a booking and may vary by program.
To find out how much time you have to make changes to your booking, navigate to the booking edit page. An information box will provide you with the specific time frame for changes.
I have missed the cut-off time to cancel or change a booking
We're sorry that you weren't able to change your booking before the cut-off time. As a reminder, the cut-off time is decided by your organisation, and we cannot make changes when that time has lapsed.
