What do I need to board the bus?

About Boarding pass, ID & Badges

1. Show a boarding pass (QR Code) or a RFID/NFC badge (if applicable to your program)

Booked & Scan to board programs:

When you board the bus, the driver will request a form of identification to verify your eligibility to board the vehicle. You can present one of the following three methods:

  1. QR Code: This is the most commonly used boarding method. This is the pass which is on the homepage of your app and in My Rides in the web-app. Open the pass to show the QR code, which the driver will then scan with their driver app.
  2. RFID / NFC Badges: Your organisation may have decided to use badges to board the vehicle. Your badge's unique identifier may have already been linked to your account. You can check that the ID is accurate in your account details in the app or the web app.
  3. Passenger list: On programs where you have to book a seat in advance, the driver will also have a list of riders booked on each trip, in case you have forgotten, you can't access your QR Code or RFID/NFC Badges. Though we kindly ask every rider to use one of the methods described above, we ask that they not delay the boarding.

✂️The QR Code remains consistent for all your bookings. This means you can print and laminate it for your child, and it will be valid for boarding each day, provided they have a confirmed reservation for that trip.
