How can I check I've correctly booked my child?
If you want to make sure your child is booked correctly on all their rides, here's how to review the trips they currently booked on
Here's how to check which rides your child is booked on.
If you have a Travel pass (Annual / Term) or Ride bundle (e.g "10 rides")
These passes will be listed on the rider app homepage or in "My rides" on the web-app. Select the pass to open a list of days available and to view which trips your child is already booked on.
- If the Travel Pass has "automated booking" turned on (usually only for Schools), You should either see an animation telling you that the booking process is in progress. When this process is complete, your child will be booked onto all days that have been released by our team so far. If you can't see all the dates for the term or the year, this is normal and most likely because our team haven't released these dates yet. As soon as the trips for new dates are released, the automated booking process will trigger automatically, and your child will be booked on.
- Ride bundle users (or Travel Pass users where bookings are manual): You will see the list of dates where trips have been released so far. If your child is booked on a trip, you will see the details of their trip (time of departure, direction of travel they're booked on). If your child isn't booked yet on this day, you will only see the dates and a button to "Book".
- If you have booked a Single or Return ticket, the bookings will be listed on the rider app homepage or in "My rides" on the web-app.
