How can I check a pass availability / there are still seats available on a route?
To check if there's still seats / space available on a route, you need to go to the booking page and select the required fields to check availability on a route.
1. Head to the booking page
If you're not sure how to do this, click here.
2. Select your stop location and destination
If you are on the app, click book now to be taken to the stop options
If you are on your web browser, you will be able to choose the stops in the right-hand panel.
3. Select a passenger type and how many people are travelling
You may have to select a passenger type (e.g the team you work in or the year a student is attending) and define how many passengers you wish to buy a pass for (In some schools, you can only buy for one student at a time, in this case, you will repeat the process for each child).
4. Choose your pass
Once you have selected all of the above, there may be a few different passes available to choose from. If you need more information to evaluate the options, click here.
When you select a pass and try to proceed, our system will check the latest availability for this pass.
- There's availability on this route: You will be able to proceed to the next step of the checkout flow.
