Commute refunds policy

Day passes, Travel Passes & Ride Bundles, are non-refundable - both for the full amount or a proportion of unused passes.

 

Booking changes

All bookings can be changed to another date/time up until a cut-off decided by your employer or school.

For example, if the cut-off time is set to 5 minutes before departure, you will be able to change your booking up to 5 minutes before your pickup time.

The duration chosen by your employer is specified on your booking page.

Ride bundle

When cancelling a booking before the cut-off time, you will be refunded one ride credit for each direction of travel. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to cancel this booking, and the credit will be lost.

Travel pass

When cancelling a booking before the cut-off time, you are freeing up a seat for a fellow colleague, which is greatly appreciated! There is no monetary refund when you cancel a ride within a Travel Pass, since you have already paid for the whole date range.

Day pass

We don't currently support cancelling Single & Returns. You will be able to change the date and time of your booking, as long as you change the booking before the cut-off time. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to change the booking, and it cannot be refunded.
