When you purchase any pass for an Education program, you will be asked to first create an account, then to indicate the name and date of birth of the children using the pass.
Which details should you use when creating an account?
Please read this article for advice on how to set up your account and which details to use on the "who's travelling?" screen. In a nutshell, we recommend using the parents' details when creating the account, then enter/select the child's name & date of birth on the screen titled "Who's travelling".
How to change or swap the details of the riders linked to a Travel Pass or Ride bundle
- Open a Travel Pass or Ride bundle from the rider app home-screen or "My rides" on the web-app
- Select "Pass settings"
- You will see a list of riders linked to this pass
- Tap the rider's name you wish to change
