In Education programs, it is typically the organisation's policy that any unused credits from a school year cannot be reused on another route or refunded after the school year concludes, nor can they be carried over for use in the following school year if the program is renewed.

What to do to make sure you optimise your credits and don't miss out:

  1. Purchase Ride bundles only in quantities that you are confident will be fully used by the end of the school year.
  2. If your organisation offers Single or Return tickets as part of this program, we suggest purchasing these tickets towards the end of the school year to ensure that you only buy what you truly need.
