The availability of booking of trips in the mobile app is dependent upon the configuration of who is set up to book journeys.
To be able to view and amend who can book trips via the app or portal, the following steps need to be followed:
From the dashboard of your organisation, select the routes page.
Once on the route page, you should see a list of the routes. At the top of the page on the right-hand side, you will see a link to default settings:
This will bring up a box that has all the default settings. It will automatically be on the General settings which contain the option to select who trips are bookable by.
To change who you wish to be able to book trips, click on the drop-down menu and then select your option. Once selected, then click save to confirm your option.
If you wish to disable bookings or ‘close the booking window’, you will need to click the ‘none’ option.
In addition, each route can either follow the default settings of the organisation or can be opened individually. This can be selected by going into each route setting and toggling this option.
