What happens if I have not opened my ‘ Welcome to Kura’ email and linked within seven days?

If you follow the steps in the invite and the original login link is no longer valid you will receive a notification that your link has expired.

In this instance, you will automatically receive a new Welcome to Kura email. Please select the link in the new welcome email and select ‘Yes, sign me in’ to link your account.

If you opened the original login link and started the setup process but didn’t manage to follow or complete the step-by-step instructions, please contact us and we will gladly assist you with a new email link to activate your account.
