The app automatically recognises when you are at a stop and expects stops to be visited in the order on the journey shown on the schedule. If the app recognises that you are in a stop out of order, you will receive a pop message.
You might have driven through a stop's geofence in order to reach a stop that is earlier in the route. In cases like this, select Cancel and continue to the correct stop.
If you have skipped a stop on purpose, select confirm and the route will continue from where you are.
If you have made a mistake in your selection and do need to confirm that you have gone to this stop on purpose, you can select this on the journey itinerary by selecting Skip to Here.
This option will disappear once you have arrived at the next scheduled stop.
