It is important to to note that it is the responsibility of an organisation to ensure there is adequate time allowed before a driver starts the journey in the driver app. Once they have selected ' start journey' they will not receive notification of any changes to their passenger list. Whilst making a booking the system allows passengers 15 minutes to check their details and confirm their request, this should also be taken into consideration when setting cut off times.
