Sending a Message
To send a message to the Kura Control Centre, select the messages tab and then touch one of the pre-created messages.
The following options are available:
- Breakdown
- Road Traffic Collision
- Safeguarding
- Pupil Behaviour
- Medical
- Other
This will send a message to the Control Centre, and they will contact you for further details. You will need to select the issue and select confirm to send it.
Alternatively, you can stop the vehicle in a safe place and call the Control Centre to advise on the situation.
Receiving a message
The Control Centre staff can send you a message which will appear as a pop up at the top of your screen.
It is important that before you leave from your first stop as well as at the end of the service, you check your notification tab for any messages that may have been sent.
If you need to view a message again that was sent to you, this can be also viewed by selecting the notification section at the bottom. This will show all messages received in the past 24 hours and will include the date and time you received them.
