Select and Review Route

All routes available will be displayed with the route name and start time. Click on the route to which you have been assigned.

The route details will be displayed showing stops and timings.

You can scroll up and down to see all of the stops. To view where the stops are, you can view this on the map.

This will bring up a map view with all stop locations shown by a pin. You can use 2 fingers to pinch in and out to zoom in and out of the view as well as to move around the map.

Once you have reviewed the route, select confirm.

Select Vehicle

Select which vehicle you be driving by pressing on your vehicle registration plate. If your vehicle is not shown, select the + at the top right of the screen. You will then need to fill in the vehicle details and press confirm to save it. This will be saved for the next time you start a journey and can be selected straight away.

Check the trip details are correct. If you have made a mistake on any of the information, you will be able to correct this by selecting Reselect.

If all information is correct, select Start Journey

You will automatically be taken to the itinerary page to view the trip. On here, you will still be able to view the map to view the stop locations. Tap on the pink map icon at the bottom right of the screen.

This will bring up the map which you will still be able to zoom in and out of by using two fingers to pinch in and out. You will now also be able to see your location on the app which will show as a purple dot icon.

Board Passengers

The Passengers screen will show the passengers expected to board with a pink + icon by their name and under the Due Now list. Passengers expected to board at later stops will show under scheduled with a blue + icon by their name.

Passengers not expected on the route will appear further down under unscheduled.

Passengers can be boarded 3 ways.

1. Passengers can tap their fob to the back of your device and this will board them.

2. Manually selecting their name. This can be from the main passenger screen or searching their name. To board them, press the + next to their name.

3. Using the QR code reader. To do this, press the QR code Icon at the top right. This will open the camera so a QR code can be scanned. You can choose between the front and rear camera by pressing the switch icon.

The QR code from a passenger's device will need to be displayed clearly in the view. If it is not a valid code, a message will show to advise this.

Once a QR code has been successfully scanned, the screen will change to a green tick to confirm and you will be given the option to scan another code.

If you are finished, click the back arrow to go back to the passenger screen.

As passengers are boarded, the number of passengers on board will be highlighted on the passenger icon at the bottom of the screen. You will receive a notification to advise all scheduled passengers have been boarded. Any passengers who were due to be boarded but did not turn up can be ignored on the device.

In addition, some passengers will now have extra information on their profiles. If they do, there will be symbols displayed under their name.

For specific information and notes, press on the clipboard icon next to the + sign.

This will bring up a page for the passenger specifically displaying key information. The information displayed here can include medical information or safeguarding requirements.

Disembark Passengers

At each stop, the Passengers screen will appear. Passengers due to disembark at the stop are listed under due now with a pink - icon next to their name. Passengers expected to disembark later will appear under unscheduled with a black - next to their name.

Passengers should be disembarked by tapping their fob or card to the back of your device. Alternatively, you can manually disembark them by touching the - icon next to their name on the screen.

Continued the route until all passengers have been disembarked.

End Route

Once all passengers have been disembarked, select the 3 dot button at the top right of the screen and select close journey

You will then be prompted to select the option for why you wish to end the journey. Confirm that all passengers have disembarked by selecting the confirm button.

Log Off

You will be taken back to the route selection screen.

Select the menu icon at the top left of the screen. This will bring up a menu and select logout.
