      Linking Required

      If you started the registration process without clicking on the unique link code in the 'Welcome to Kura' email, the app will either ask you for an organisation ID or to follow the instructions in the invitation.

      Your organisation would make you aware of what method they using for registration. There are 2 existing methods which are entering an organisation ID or using invitations for registration.

      Please note that each organisation will use only 1 of these options.

       

      1. If your organisation has given you an organisation ID then this can be entered after clicking on the 'please enter it here' section.

       

      2. If they state that you will receive your ‘Welcome to Kura’ email then the registration for your organisation is done through invitations. 

      Therefore, kindly open the 'Welcome to Kura' email and click on the unique link code. If you have already registered an account, simply log in using the credentials you used during the sign-up process. By doing so, your account will be linked, granting you access to the app.
