Linking to your user:

Login Issues:

If you see an error that you are blocked, for example, 'The signed in user is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator', please get in touch via techsupport@ridekura.com. If you are having issues with your login credentials please contact itsupport@transport2.com.

If you see an error message as below, this is because you already have an active session in the browser. As you have an active session please select the 'Home' button and you will be taken to the global alarm screen.

Using a Microsoft alias account:

If you wish to create a profile and link to an account for passenger, observer or organisation admin access, you can send welcome emails to an alias of your Microsoft email account.  If you add a '+' after your name and before the domain this will send any emails to your primary mailbox.

For example; creating a profile with email address [your name]+observer@ridekura.com or [your name]+admin@ridekura.com and sending a link code, would send the welcome email to your primary inbox.

You can then select the link in the email and set-up a Kura account with the email address, if one does not already exist, and sign-in to link the profile.

If the profile observes passengers you can view these in the Kura portal or sign-in to the app with the email address and password used to create the account.

Once you have logged out of your session, to access this again you would use the usual portal address: https://app.ridekura.com/ to login.

If you no longer need access for the profile, you can unlink the user account from the profile.  As an account has been created for the email, you can re-use the account and link to a different profile when required.

To login as your ops user again you should visit the admin portal again: https://app.ridekura.com/admin
