Issues signing-up or logging in on a device used by multiple account holders

Please check that the device is no longer logged into a previously used account.  This can be done by going to join.ridekura.com, click sign-up, or sign-in.  If the device is already signed in to an account a logout option will now appear in the top right, click logout and close the browser.  You are now ready to proceed with the sign-up or sign-in process.
