How to remove journeys in the portal

Once you logged into the portal you will see the name of the passengers who are linked to your account.

Select the passenger whose journey you wish to cancel. You will see a calendar which will show you the booked trips for each month. Click on the journey you would like to remove then select ‘Remove from trip’.

 

Click on the ‘Remove from multiple’ button if you wish to cancel more than just one trip. Select a date range for when you wish to cancel trips and select the days of the week for the cancellation. You can select the repetition of the cancellation and you can choose any exclusion dates.

Click on ‘Confirm’ to remove the journeys.
