How to remove journeys in the app

Cancelling a booking

Once you log into the app, in the schedule section you will see the booked trips for each month.

 

 

Click on the journey you would like to remove then select ‘Remove passenger’

You will have 3 options to choose from:

1, ‘Remove from this trip only’ – in which case only the booking you selected will be removed.

2, ‘Remove from all future dates’ – in which case all bookings of the selected service will be removed. Please note that changes to the AM and PM services will need to be made separately.

3, ‘Remove specific dates’ – in which case you can select a date range for when you wish to cancel trips.

Select a date range and the days of the week for the cancellation. You can select the repetition of the cancellation and you can choose any exclusion dates.

Click on ‘Confirm’ to remove the journey or journeys. If successful, you should see the following message:
