How to create profiles

To start select ‘Profiles’ on the left side menu bar:

Click on ‘New profile’:

If you are creating a parent profile please add the name, email address and phone number then click ‘Save’:

If you are creating a passenger profile, please add the name and External ID then click on passenger profile.  You will now have the option to add observers to this profile.
