1. Click on ‘Routes’ on the left side:

2. To successfully build a new route first you will have to create the required stops. Select ‘Waypoints Manager’:
To find a stop location enter the postcode into the search column in the top left corner of the map:
The map will zoom into the location that was entered and will give you the suggested stop based on the postcode. You can of course move the pin around before you finalise the waypoint.
Edit the name field to the stop name that your organization uses. This will appear in the passenger, observer, and driver apps. The address can also be edited if needed. To finalise the stop, click ‘Create Waypoint’,
In a few seconds, the pink pin should appear on the map, marking the location of the selected waypoint.
Repeat this until all the required stops are added.
3. Start building your route by clicking on ‘Routes’ :

Select ' New Route':
First, give the route a name remembering that each route runs in one direction so you might want to include an AM or a PM to differentiate the routes. Once this is done click on ‘Next’
Enter the dates to include the entire trip schedule, you can select the days of the week on which the route will operate, and you can set it up to run every week or on a different schedule such as every 2 weeks or once every 3 weeks. To exclude certain dates from the schedule such as holidays, click on the calendar in the excluded dates column and select the dates from the calendar. Then click next:
You can then select the operator who will conduct this route:
(As the details of the operator are not always known when the routes are created you can add this information later. )
You need to add the driver details and if known you can fill out the capacity now in the column below. Then you can click Next.

To start adding route points click on the waypoints box.
Once you see the waypoint you wish to use, select it from the list. Input arrival time, departure time, whether the waypoint is a stop or a passing point as well as the geofence radius in metres. (Stop is an actual stop where the vehicle will be stopping, a passing point is a point that the vehicle must pass, but it is not required to stop at)

To add additional waypoints, select the + icons to add a waypoint either before or after the current one. Route points can be moved up and down within the route using the arrows. They can be deleted by clicking on the dustbin icon.
During the process, the route can be seen on a map view by selecting map preview at the bottom of the screen.
If you are happy with the route click on the ‘Create’ button and wait for the confirmation.
4. To create the PM route, you can repeat the same process, or you can copy and reverse the AM route:
To copy please click on ‘routes’ again and click on the calendar of the AM route.
Then Click on any of the dates and click on the ‘copy’ button.
You will see 2 options: Create a new route or create trips within the route.
Creating trips within route would be useful if you have to extend the route with the same stops or, if you previously set up a route to run Monday to Thursday then with this option you could add Friday as well.
As we would like to create a new route Click on Create new route.
Make sure when you name the route, you mark this one as PM.
You can then set up the schedule and can fill out the details of the operator as we have done previously.
As this is a copy of the AM route the stops will be listed with the AM times and in the order as required for the AM service. To change that please scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Reverse’
You will see that the order of the stops has changed, however, the times are still the same. That needs to be adjusted manually, so please add the correct arrival and departure times.
Then please click on ‘Create’ and wait for the confirmation:
As the details of the operator are not always known when the routes are created you can add this information later. To do that click on ‘Routes’
Click on operators:
To add the operator, click on the operator box. Once you see the operator you wish to add, select it from the list.

Then add the primary and the secondary driver, add the capacity, select the date range and recurrence as well as exclusion dates.
Scrolling down, there is an option to record the price you pay for an external coach operator. (Optional)
When all the details have been entered select SAVE.
